RETURN POLICY
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturer faults discovered within 72 hours of full payment, Kuah will gladly accept your return of the product sold and provide an exchange for an equally valued item. There are no handling fees for exchanges due to manufacturer faults.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Receipt must be present with the returned item.

Please note: There is a P5.00 handling fee for returns and exchanges that are not due to manufacturer faults.
REFUNDS
No Refunds: No cash or credit refunds provided. We will kindly accept product exchanges within 72 hours of full purchase.
