GENERAL RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product due to a manufacturer fault, we will kindly accept product exchanges within 72 hours of full purchase. Customers must provide:

• Receipt

• Original packaging

• Item(s) in the same condition as when purchased.

REFUND POLICY

Exchanges within 72 hours are welcome and no extra P5.00 handling fees charged.  Sorry, no cash or credit refunds will be given. 

PLEASE NOTE:  A P5.00 handling fee is charged for each returned product order that is not related to a manufacturer fault.
