Are you an experienced editor with a passion for everything Android?
AndroidPolice.com is looking for a Managing Commerce Editor (Full-Time) to edit and guide the direction of our Buyer's Guides/Commerce content.
The Android Police team is constantly scouring the Internet for the latest Android news, sharing tips, tricks, tutorials, videos, and podcasts, reviewing devices, apps, and games, and keeping track of custom ROMs and hacks.
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the commerce content and maintaining author relations
Fielding Buyer's Guides pitches, as well as editing and reviewing the work of authors
Ensuring deadlines are met
Working with the E-I-C to ensure stable operation and achievement of targets
Managing a direct line report to ensure they're performing well in their role
Contribute to the creation pipeline for Commerce content

Applicants must have a self-starter attitude and possess the following requirements:
Relevant experience in editing (2+ years) in the English language
Expert knowledge of technology products
Comfortable using a non-basic CMS
Full-time availability
Must reside in the U.S. or Canada, or in countries within a few hours of the EST time zone
Only applications containing relevant editing experience in tech will be considered.
